Registration Fee

Early Bird Registration Rate Deadline 21 25 August 2017

Each paper must be accompanied by at least one individual mandatory registration. To enjoy an early bird rate, the registration fee must be paid by August 21 25, 2017. The SINGLE registration includes:
  • Attendance at all MIWAI 2017 sessions
  • Lunches and coffee breaks at the conference venue for three days
  • Conference proceedings published by Springer

      • Members of the following societies: APNNS, INNS and IEEE-CIS will enjoy 15% off the normal registration fee (or maximum 50 USD).
      In addition, all IEEE registered participants (non-CIS members) will be entitled to a free membership of Computational Intelligence Society (CIS). The activation (Promo) code will be given during the conference. Please contact the registration desk for more information.

      Please download and complete the registration form provided here (word, and pdf). Registrants must email the complete registration form as well as a scanned copy of the bank slip or bank advice of telegraphic transfer form to: miwai.conference@utb.edu.bn, and cc to: payment.info@utb.edu.bn and miwai2017@utb.edu.bn. You shall receive a confirmation email from MIWAI after your registration is processed (this might take a few days).

      Notes

      • For an INNS, APNNS, and IEEE-CIS member registration, please provide member ID information together with the registration form.
      • For a student registration, the first author of the paper must be must be an active student at the time of registration. S/He will be the registrant. Please provide a valid proof of student status from your institution together with the registration form (e.g., a copy of the student ID).
      • When collecting conference materials from the registration desk on arrival at the conference, attendees will be requested to present their registration confirmation notices (email from MIWAI) and their student IDs (for student registration).
